The first Biofield Tuning Practioner in Switzerland.

I’ve been working as a Social Psychologist in Higher Education for over twenty years, helping students of all ages to come to a better understanding of human relations in organizations and general life.

I’ve also spent the last two decades carrying out research into human motivation, self-determination and the role our values play in shaping our lives.

However, it was through the experience of deep trauma in my life, that I came to sound work and the realisation that resolving trauma and finding the motivation to go on is not just a mental process, but one that involves our whole body and our energy field.

Since that time, I have been engaged in bringing Eileen McKusick’s Biofield Tuning to people in Europe and also carrying out my own research into the impact of sound on the body and the biofield. As well as being a Biofield Tuning Practitioner, I practise with a range of sound energy instruments including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and chimes.  In addition, I have developed a personal energy-clearing and balancing practice, using tuning forks in combination with yoga and tai chi..

Another important part of my own meditation work involves playing Native American Indian drone flutes, attuned to the different chakras. More recently, I have been exploring the powerful therapeutic benefits of playing the original Swiss PANArt Hang Balu. A new adventure begins…

Research into the effects of sound on the human psyche, physical body and energy field are still in their infancy, but this exciting field is already making its mark in the world of wellness research. If you are interested in finding out more, get in touch!
